About

Wendy L. Jameson
Executive Advisor
I work with founders and leadership teams navigating the complexity that AI is creating — whether they're determining where to focus, building something new, or rethinking a business model that's under pressure.
My role is not to implement tools or run AI programs. I help organizations make practical decisions about where AI creates real value, what deserves attention, and what is realistically achievable.
This work often begins with identifying meaningful use cases, aligning leadership priorities, and clarifying direction before investments spread — and frequently evolves into broader questions around coordination, ownership, and organizational change.
My background is operational as much as advisory. I co-founded the first Arizona Innovation Challenge grant winner, a technology manufacturer that grew to customers in 40 countries, and have held C-suite roles across advanced technology, medtech, manufacturing, and services. I spent seven years advising the White House Business Council on economic and business policy, and built the AI governance framework for Arizona's enterprise IT organization. That range is what I bring to the table — pattern recognition across sectors, not expertise in just one.
I work upstream of implementation as an independent advisor, helping leadership teams think more clearly about how AI fits within their organization before complexity, cost, and operational friction increase.
If your organization is trying to determine where to focus, what matters most, or how to move forward with greater clarity, reach out.
