Wendy L. Jameson
AI Strategy & Governance Advisor
Focused on high-stakes decisions before AI scales - and risk compounds
I advise founders and executive teams when decisions cannot wait, missteps are costly, and the path forward must hold under pressure.

My work focuses on the decisions organizations make before AI is built or scaled:

-
what to commit to
-
what to sequence
-
what to govern
-
and how to make those decisions defensible under scrutiny

Many AI efforts do not fail because the idea is wrong. They fail because ownership is unclear, authority is fragmented, and key decisions are made too early or too late.

I work upstream of execution to surface and resolve these issues while they can still be corrected - and before they become costly.

Over more than two decades, I've worked across strategy, operations, and growth in advanced technology, industrial systems, medtech, and public sector environments. I have led organizations through periods of uncertainty where the cost of getting decisions wrong was financial, reputational, or systemic.

I do not build systems or deliver software. I serve as an independent advisor, helping leadership teams make decisions that hold under pressure, stand up to scrutiny, and reduce the risk of costly reversals.

If you are navigating stalled momentum, fragmented efforts, or pressure to act - and need experienced judgment - this is where I get involved.
