I am an award-winning marketing and operations executive with over 20 years of experience in steering high-growth technology companies to success. As the co-founder and CEO of Colnatec, a sensor technology startup, I took pride in building the company from scratch and spearheading its expansion into over 40 countries. This journey was a catalyst for rapid revenue growth and a testament to my passion for innovation and global market development. 

 

At OraVu and VieConnect US, where I was head of global sales and marketing and CEO respectively for two medical device companies, I was deeply involved in developing the commercial strategy and managing both market entry and strategic partner development in addition to steering the FDA regulatory path to Class II registration. My role was pivotal in forging impactful partnerships with major healthcare companies, significantly driving the adoption of their novel medical devices.

Throughout my career, I have ventured into new global markets by leveraging my comprehensive expertise in strategic planning, brand building, partnerships, product commercialization, and new market development. Having secured over $1M in grants, built high-performance teams, and designed successful HR and training programs, I am proud of the tangible impact I've made in every organization I've touched.

 

​Holding an M.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing from Colorado State University, my educational background has been the foundation of my diverse skill set.
